You will be assigned Shehroz as your coach who will reach out to you within 24 hours via whatsapp/email. You will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire and send startup photos which I will use to create a personalized plan for you.

You'll start losing fat from Day 1 only but building Muscle and Strength take time and patience. It usually takes 2-3 weeks to get used to any program specially learning form and technique of exercises. Within the first month you will start seeing an increase in strength, endurance and fitness levels and post 3-4 weeks is where you start seeing noticeable muscle gain. That's how the body works.

You need to ask yourself the question what is it about the program that you don't enjoy. Maybe you didn't understand it clearly or may be it is not what you are used to. It takes time and dedication to get out of your comfort zone and develop a new habit. Even after 4 weeks you still are not happy then you are always welcome to ask for a 100% refund.
