I see you looking around … Welcome! As you know by now, my name is Shehroz Alam. Proud Kashmiri born in a family of entrepreneurs, father to the wildest cat in the world. A Commerce graduate, turned Fitness Coach, Sports Nutritionist, Powerlifter, Men's Physique Athlete and an Enterpreneur.
Growing up in a middle-class family in a disputed neighborhood of Srinagar, Kashmir (a city prone to lockdowns and curfews, with little to achieve outdoors) my childhood goal was to become Stronger and Bigger so nobody would bully me. In order to achieve my goal, I began doing push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups every day in my bedroom. My thirst for Strength increased, fueled by my mother’s support, and led me to manage some basic set up at home to add more resistance as gyms were mostly shut-in lockdown. Like any other small-town boy with big dreams, I came to the capital city of India (Ye Dilli hai mere yaar..) and pursued B.Com from Jamia Millia Islamia (never took the degree by the way!!). But it was my rendezvous with “Diploma in Personal Trainer” from K 11 School of Fitness Sciences, alongside graduation, which made me realize that my true passion and destiny lay in getting stronger and helping others with the same. Rest is history and here I am before you, building and living my dreams and helping a thousand others change theirs.
